Cancellation of reservation
Cancellation policy for regular bookings

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. If canceled less than 2 days before arrival, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged

Non-refundable booking cancellation policy

Discount when booking a room with non-refundable booking conditions. In case of cancellation, change or no-show, you will be charged the total price of the stay.

Early termination of stay

- If you decide to end your stay before the departure date according to the reservation, we will not refund you for unoccupied nights.

APARTMENT for up to 6 people price when occupied by 2 people 14,900 CZK, each additional person + 1,000 CZK / month

APARTMENT on the ground floor (without kitchen) price when occupied by 2 people 12,000 CZK, each additional person + 1,000 CZK / month

RECEPTION OPENING HOURS 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm (late arrival possible upon prior agreement)
ARRIVALS from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
DEPARTURES no later than 10:00 am
BREAKFAST can be prepared ON REQUEST for 150 CZK / person. (possibility to choose from 6 breakfast packages, from 10 people it is possible to offer breakfast in the form of a buffet)
BREAKFAST IS SERVED 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
FREE WI-FI INTERNET
PETS allowed by prior arrangement for a fee of 100 CZK / night
STRICT PROHIBITION OF SMOKING in all interiors of the pension
PAYMENT OPTIONS: cash in CZK or EUR, as well as standard payment cards.

According to the Sales Registration Act, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, he is obliged to register the received revenue with the tax administrator online; in the event of a technical failure, within 48 hours at the latest.

„Podle zákona č. 112/2016 Sb. o evidenci tržeb je prodávající povinen vystavit kupujícímu účtenku. Zároveň je povinen zaevidovat přijatou tržbu u správce daně online; v případě technického výpadku pak nejpozději do 48 hodin.“
